No One Is Listening
In 2024 I directed and dramturged No One is Listening (a ghost story) by performer and writer, Vic Llewellyn. In it, an actor realises he is losing his prize possession; his memory. It asks the question; How do we preserve what is beginning to fade, how do we perceive our friends who no longer know who we are?
The show contains original songs and sound design by Sam Halmarack, lighting by Chris Collier and set and puppet designs design by Ruby Brown.
No One is Listening is touring in 2025/2026.
No One Is Listening Podcast
As part of the project, I wrote, recorded and edited five of the six podcasts created alongside the production. Working with memory cafes and using historical research they explore further ideas of ghosts, fear, grief and memory loss.
